Welcome to TripDown Bali. By booking a tour, airport transfer, or private driver service with TripDown Bali, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings

All bookings and inquiries are handled directly through WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed once both parties agree on the date, service, and price.

Payments

Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer, or through another agreed payment method. In some cases, a deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

Airport Transfers

For airport pickups, guests are requested to provide the correct flight details. TripDown Bali monitors arrival times and takes delays into account whenever possible.

Delays and Traffic

Bali traffic can sometimes be unpredictable. TripDown Bali always plans routes and pickup times carefully, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, accidents, road closures, ceremonies, weather conditions, or other situations outside of reasonable control.

Private Tours

Private tours are flexible and can be adjusted during the day where possible. Additional stops or major route changes may affect the final price or tour duration.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform TripDown Bali as soon as possible. Last-minute cancellations may result in cancellation fees, especially for full-day tours or reserved transport services.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings during tours and transfers. TripDown Bali cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Travel Insurance

Guests are strongly advised to have valid travel and medical insurance during their stay in Bali.

Safety

TripDown Bali reserves the right to refuse service in situations involving unsafe behavior, illegal activities, or disrespectful conduct.

Changes to Services

TripDown Bali may adjust routes, destinations, or schedules due to weather conditions, traffic, ceremonies, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances in order to provide the safest and best possible experience.
