To arrange your airport transfer as smoothly as possible, I kindly ask you to fill in your name, email address, and phone number when making your booking. Your phone number is especially important, because I will use it to contact you directly via WhatsApp and confirm all details of your transfer.

Please use the notes field to add your flight number. This allows me to check your arrival time and keep an eye on possible delays, so you do not have to worry if your flight arrives earlier or later than planned.

If you are booking a transfer to the airport, please also include your full pickup address in the notes. This can be the name of your hotel, villa, guesthouse, or a complete private address. The more details you provide, the easier it is to arrange your pickup correctly and on time.

Your booking is only confirmed after you have received a personal confirmation message from me via WhatsApp. This way, everything is clearly arranged in advance and you know for sure that your transfer is fixed.

Payment can be made in advance or in cash on the spot. If you have any special requests, extra luggage, surfboards, baby seats, or if you are travelling with a larger group, please mention this in the notes as well. For larger groups, I can help arrange an extra driver or a suitable vehicle, so everyone can travel together comfortably.
